Common questions.

What should I bring to the first consultation?

Most asked

What should I bring to the first consultation?

Blood tests from the last six months, a list of any medication and supplements you take, and any doctor’s reports. If you have no recent tests, that is fine — we decide together during the consultation.

How long before I see results?

It would not be right to give you a number in advance. Change moves at different speeds depending on where you start, your health, and your sleep and activity patterns. What I can tell you is this: the goal is not a number that falls quickly, but a routine you can keep.

Other questions

Do I need blood tests?

Not in every case. If you have a diagnosed condition, or if something in our consultation points that way, I will tell you which tests to request from your doctor. Ordering tests is a doctor’s remit.

Will my medication affect the plan?

It can. Some medications change nutrient absorption, appetite or blood sugar. That is why I need to know every medication and supplement you take.

Will the weight come back?

That depends on how well the plan holds. A list that is hard to follow produces quick results and is abandoned just as quickly. So we build a routine you can sustain from the start; the goal is for it to become habit enough that you could one day stop following a plan at all.

I eat vegetarian or vegan.

That works. In that case we pay particular attention to protein, B12, iron, zinc and omega-3.

I have a food allergy or intolerance.

The plan is built around it. If you have a diagnosed allergy or coeliac disease, please bring your report.
