ABOUT
Between the science of food and the needs of a person.
I studied food as an engineer first. Then I began asking the same questions from the human side. Today I work with both.
How I got here.
When I graduated in Food Engineering, my interest sat on the production side: what is in a food, how it is processed, what happens to it over its shelf life. I followed those questions for years at leading Turkish food companies.
In time the question changed. Knowing the composition of a food is not the same as knowing what it will do in a particular person. The same yoghurt means one thing in the second trimester of pregnancy and something else during a heavy training block. I studied dietetics to close that gap.
Now I have both. I read the label as an engineer and build the plan as a dietitian. In 2026 I started a PhD in nutrition and dietetics at İstanbul Aydın Üniversitesi — I don't think there is a point where the learning stops.

How I work.
A plan that fits your life
When you can eat matters more than how many meals you eat. If you work shifts, travel often, or get fifteen minutes for lunch, the plan is built around that.
Food that is actually in your kitchen
It is easy to put an unfamiliar product on a list and hard to find it every week. I work with local, available ingredients and the dishes you already cook.
Room to change
Goals change, seasons change, work changes. So does the plan. It is not a document you receive once — it is a routine we keep working on.
What I do, and what I don't.
I would rather say this at the start. Dietitians do not diagnose and do not prescribe medication. If you have a diagnosed condition, a nutrition plan does not replace your doctor's treatment — it runs alongside it. That is why I ask for your test results and reports.
If I see a problem with eating behaviour, I will tell you plainly and suggest you seek psychiatric or clinical psychology support. There are situations where a nutrition plan alone is not enough.
